Our present Delivery schedule operates from 9:00AM-6:30PM : Monday to Friday –  excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until Monday.

We offer Free Delivery on all products!!

All orders have to be processed and fulfilled before shipment. Normally take up to 1-2 business days to process your order. After the item is processed and fulfilled, Our team will promptly dispatch your item, and the transit time for orders ranges from 2-6 business days, excluding weekends.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@crossfittness.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is sent out, you will be able to track the order status by clicking “Track Your Order” in the navigation menu of any Cross Fittness LTD page.

To track your order:

  • Go to Track Your Order tab on our website’s main menu.
  • Enter the tracking number when sent you after shipping your order.
  • Click the “Find Order” button to load tracking information.

What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?

This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to contact our customer service at support@crossfittness.co.uk for assistance.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@crossfittness.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
