Part of the most compact treadmill series, the NordicTrack EXP 7i Folding Treadmill makes it possible to walk, jog, run, and hike around the world from the comfort of your home, even in smaller spaces.
7″ HD display with digitally premium speakers
The built-in 7” tilting display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time.
Expert iFIT Trainers take charge of your incline and speed.
With an iFIT membership, your machine can automatically follow the speed, incline, and resistance of your iFIT Trainer. With SmartAdjust™, those automatic adjustments will continue to happen, but they will be personalised to hit your fitness level based on your workout history and performance. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0% to 12% incline and your 0-16 KPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Stay cool even during the toughest moments with the built-in AutoBreeze™ Fans, which automatically adjust their blowing power to match workout intensity.

Take away some of the weight of your machine so you can fold it away easily. To lower, gently press on the EasyLift™ bar with your foot and your equipment will lower on its own.
