The SM80 combines so many different strength machines into one money-saving, space-saving all-in-one trainer. The huge variety of component parts offers the user a massive range of possible workouts. The Smith machine moves in concert with the natural movement of the user’s body, which creates a secure, comfortable workout.
The SM80 has two high pulleys which move independently of each other. This makes it possible to do different training exercises with each pulley or use different accessories. The low pulley can be used for rowing motions or other similar workouts. The SM80 also has a chin up bar allowing the user to do pull up exercises and the wide grip offers much more room for your hands than most home gym machines. This machine has firm foam padding with a vinyl coating to protect the user’s forearms.
